Patience is
Waiting
Breathing slowly
Or Holding my breath
Biting my tongue
Thinking before I speak.
Meanwhile
Hyperventilating,
Tongue bleeding,
The words simmering inside
Slowly come to a boil.
Pressure rises
Steam escapes
And the lid
flies
off!!
